Broadly, Pharmacology can be divided into Pharmacodynamics and Pharmacokinetics. Pharmacodynamics covers all details and lets us know ," What the drug does to the body?" On the other hand, Pharmacokinetics is the ADME study, it covers complete drug movement inside the body, telling about all the four processes in detail, Absorption, Distribution , Metabolism and Excretion. All in all, we get to know, "What body does to the drug?" With the help of two examples for each of these divisions, I will clearly describe the whole description and points.
