Hello everyone, welcome back to my channel. After a long time, we are live, and today we are going to cover a very useful, very important topic: whether or not you should have a newsletter, even if you are a solo creator, not an organization, not a society, not a company. Now, today I want to talk about this important topic because I just want you to listen to me before you say, I'm not very famous, I'm not an organization, I have a very small audience, and that's exactly what this episode is all about. We are being taught that newsletters belong to organizations. Is it true? Companies have newsletters, universities, they have newsletters, professional associations, they have newsletters. But I want to tell you that an individual, a solo creator with a meaningful idea, can also have a newsletter. And some of the most impactful newsletters in the world, they are written by solo creators or single person. Well, uh, I did Google some of the important and impactful newsletters. One was uh by a very famous writer of the book Atomic Habits. He owes and he writes a wonderful, one of the most impactful newsletters. So, newsletter is not a magazine. I want to make a few things clear before you have any myths about it. It's not a magazine, it's not a newspaper, it's not a corporate publication. It is simply a letter that is sent regularly to the people who want to hear from you, to your tribe, to your type of people, to your kind of group, to your friendly kind of audience. And that's it. So simple it is, and the simplicity is the power. Now you think about social media for a moment. You post today, you create some image, some read. Few people see it, few people don't see it. You have followers, but do you have connection? And a newsletter totally changes this particular concept. When someone subscribes to your newsletter, they are saying to you, I want to hear directly from you. Yes, that is what they are saying to you that they want to hear directly from you, not via social media. No algorithm, no endless scrolling, no notifications, just you, your thoughts arriving in their inbox. And this is so important, it is so very, very influential. You don't need thousands of subscribers, and should I tell you, I have meaningful around 60 or 60 plus subscribers for my newsletters, and I'm so so proud and happy about it. Imagine 100 people who genuinely care about what you create. 100 readers for me, it's 60 readers, 60 or little more than that, who read my email every time I send it. I'm not a very, very regular person, but whenever I send it, they make a point, they read it. And with every newsletter, I add on new subscribers. That is also a very important thing I want to tell you. So there are around 100 people who trust your voice. Just imagine if you have only 100 followers. I don't even have 100, and that's not a small audience, a room full of 60 people, 50 people, 100 people waiting to hear, to listen to you what you want to say, what you have created. So don't chase big, big numbers, big, big followers. Don't try to become a big organization, a big company, university till you send your first newsletter. Now, don't chase the numbers. Newsletters they teach a different lesson. Depth matters more than the reach. Connection is more important than virality. So newsletter can make you help create your kind of tribe, your own personal tribe, your friends, your audience. People who want to listen to you, who grow with you, who understand you, your journey, who return to listen to you because of your ideas, your thoughts, your perspective, not because they have got some notification or algorithm pushed your image or reel in front of them, not because of that reason. So it's a personal archie archive. That's another way to say that. Years from now, your newsletters can become a growth, a record of your growth, your ideas, your perspective, your vision, your lessons, your mistakes, your evolution, your growing thin, your growing fat. Yes, that's your journey. Social media does capture moments. I'm not neglecting anything, I'm not ignoring anything. Social media does capture moments, but newsletters they are capturing your thoughts, your thinking. Writers, doctors, teachers, artists, researchers, creators, entrepreneurs, lifelong learners. A newsletter is a way to your ideas, the way you look at this world, the way you perceive things, the way you feel things, and that's the most beautiful part. That's your personal part. You don't need permission, you don't need a large audience, you don't need a company, you don't need a team, you only need something worthwhile to share with people consistently. That is important. I'm not even consistent. I want to share that mistake of mine. One idea, one lesson, one insight sent regularly. Because every meaningful community is built in this particular manner. That is the way of building community, your growth, your tribe. Not with the thousands, but with one person willing to speak and few people willing to listen. Start the newsletter, build the tribe, write the letter. And thank you for listening for me today. I hope I motivated you enough so that you can build your newsletter and create your own tribe for yourself. Don't wait for numbers, don't chase the numbers. Simply start content creation, writing something meaningful, something useful, something knowledgeable, so that people are ready to listen to you, ready to embrace you. Till the next time, thank you, take care, bye bye.
